My water cycle DLO!

The water cycle!

                                             The water cycle!

Have you ever spilt your water on the ground and it disappears. It turns

into vapour! Today I will tell you about the water cycle.

Firstly, steam comes off cold or hot water and rises up into the air. That is called evaporation. The higher it gets the colder it makes the steam. It all happens in the earth's atmosphere.

Secondly, It forms into tiny little rain droplets. There gets to be millions of rain droplets that it forms into clouds. This process is called condensation.

Thirdly, the cloud gets so heavy that it bursts into rain, snow or hail! Then it goes under the ground and into a river. That river will lead to the sea. That whole process gets repeated over and over again.

Ocean slides!

For the last 2 weeks, we had to do ocean slides. I found it easy to do the word study and look up the meanings of words because you can just do it on dictionary. I found it hard to watch the                          videos because it is so sad. This is one of my slides it did!

Endangered animals are at risk of becoming extinct because of the decisions we make!

we had to make a explanation of a topic of our choice. I chose Endangered animals are at risk of becoming extinct because of the decisions we make. Here is my explanation!

Endangered animals are at risk of becoming extinct because of the decisions we make!

Animals are very special and we don't realise  how much we need them.  Endangered animals are at risk of becoming extinct because of us, so we need to take more care of them.

If an animal is sick, people leave it there and laugh at them. That is not kind and you can make them cry. They have feelings too. Instead you should take it to the vets and get it checked. That can make a huge difference to that animal's life. Animals do anything for you.

If your animal is sick all you have to do is take it to the vet. Even if they are sneezing and coughing, all you need to do is keep them inside so they don't get any more sick.  If you do that they get better super fast and they really appreciate it.

It is very important animals don't  go extinct,  like what if a cow or a chicken gets extinct , we will have no more milk or eggs, and It will also be all our fault. Animals  were on this land before us so we are the ones who need to look after them. Kiwis, Pukekos, keas, lizards, kakapo, giraffes, hedgehogs, monkeys and an orangutan are all one of the most endangered animals in New Zealand. We need to look after every animal and especially these animals.

Animals are very important parts of our lives and we clearly can not live without them!

Be Kind Online!

We were learning about how to be kind and smart online. We had to make a poster about the key word STOP!

I found it easy to find all the pictures and backgrounds because all you had to do is search up a image you want and insert it into you poster.

I found it hard to Find what STOP stands for because you had to go onto the class site and finding the slide that said what STOP stands for.

I really enjoyed making it look all nice because it was fun and very easy to do.

Next time I could have added a bit more pictures to make it look more exciting and a bit more interesting!

My Fridge!

We had to drag blocks to the fridge and make sentences!

We were learning about  making a  positive comments.

I found it easy to find the punctuation.

I found it hard to drag the blocks.

I really enjoyed making my own blocks.

Next time I need to make it a bit longer.
